Job Description:
We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator (part-time or intern) to help manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their marketing career, eager to learn, and excited to experiment with different advertising strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Write ad copy that is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to different audiences.
- Assist with basic ad design, ensuring creatives align with campaign objectives (our team will provide design support).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up to date on best practices, platform updates, and trends in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with our team to create data-driven strategies that align with client goals.
- Provide reporting and insights on ad performance and key learnings.

- Has a keen eye for design and understands the fundamentals of what makes an ad visually effective (experience with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools is a plus, but not required).
- Understands digital advertising—even if you don’t have years of experience, you grasp the basics of how paid campaigns work and are excited to deepen your knowledge.
- Analytical and data-driven—you don’t just launch ads and hope for the best. You’re comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions to optimize performance.
- A problem solver who embraces challenges, asks smart questions, and finds creative solutions when faced with obstacles.

Pay Range:
- Internship: $15–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
- Part-Time: $18–$25 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)
*Colorado or Pennsylvania residents preferred*
