Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced sales manager to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate plays a critical role in booking new qualified business that grows recurring revenue while continuously representing the company in a professional and high-end manner. You will prospect, qualify, and book calls with leads that close and convert to ongoing clients.

What we expect from you:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Ensure client budgets and expectations are clearly understood and met, guiding them through the sales process professionally.
- Set and achieve sales targets while continuously motivating yourself to meet and exceed expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and track sales activities using tools like Go High Level to ensure all leads and prospects are followed up promptly and thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with the team and ensure all client requirements are accurately conveyed and understood.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Be able to work independently and motivate yourself.
- Be flexible and responsive.
- Be capable of meeting deadlines.
- Be able to ask questions or seek out answers when needed.
- Have a passion for the work you do.
- Hold yourself to high standards & self-accountability.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a sales manager. B2B experience preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong aptitude for customer service and relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
Learning potential:
- Web design & development processes
- Agency flow
- Communicating about web design trends and how they fit into web design
- WordPress, Web, & DIVI Builder (just understanding how it works to collaborate on projects, you won’t need to build anything!)
Payment:
- This is part-time, commission-based, starting at $25/booking and $750 for every workshop booked.
- Additional commission rates to be discussed.
- We offer quarterly bonuses based on sales goals.
