We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to lead our sales initiatives. - Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Work independently and stay motivated, taking initiative without constant supervision while holding yourself accountable for results.
- Stay flexible and responsive—adapting to changing priorities, client needs, and market trends.
- Meet deadlines and maintain efficiency, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposals, and client communications.
- Ask questions and seek out answers when needed, using available resources and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges.

- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize conversions and revenue.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our services.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities to expand our reach and refine our offerings.
- Bring passion to your work, genuinely caring about the impact of your role and striving to improve continuously.
- Hold yourself to high standards, maintaining a strong sense of self-accountability and a commitment to excellence.
Who You Are
- A natural relationship builder—you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that add value.
- Proven work experience in a sales role.
- B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required—what matters most is your ability to connect with clients and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment—someone who takes initiative, manages their time effectively, and stays proactive.
- A strategic thinker who can assess a situation, identify opportunities, and create a plan to move forward.
- Comfortable with technology, especially CRM systems, email marketing tools, and sales platforms (or willing to learn).
- Confident in communication—you know how to craft compelling messages, whether in emails, calls, or presentations.
- Data-driven and results-oriented—you understand the importance of tracking performance and adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Resilient and adaptable—you embrace challenges, stay motivated through setbacks, and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Someone who loves to learn and grow, seeing personal development as key to success in a fast-moving industry.
