I’M JUST STARTING OUT AND HAVE A LOW BUDGET, WHAT IS THE CHEAPEST PACKAGE YOU OFFER?

It’s important to understand that marketing your business is an ongoing cost that you should definitely budget for. Whether it is to hire a team to help you out (like us!) or if you want to tackle it on your own. Investing in advertising yourself is crucial to get clients & customers! WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We operate on Mountain Time. Monday through Friday 10am-6pm. Any emails sent after 6pm on Friday will be responded to on the following business day.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

It varies from project to project. Branding can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Printed items take about 2 weeks from start to finish, including the design phase. Web Design take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. Detailed projects or large quantities will alter our turnaround time.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

Each project starts with a minimum of a 50% deposit. The remaining will be split up into predetermined monthly payments until the project is paid in full. Monthly commitments will always be due at the start of the month. The maximum amount of time for payment plans is 9 months.

Of course! We can split up payments up to 9 months for an additional $5 per month. Some limits will apply (for instance, printed goods and monthly commitments) but just send us a message and we’ll talk through the details.

Web Design
Getting your website ready.
I AM NEW TO THIS WHOLE ”WEBSITE THING”. HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Don’t sweat it! We will guide you through the whole process during our consultation. In simple terms, we discuss what you’d like included on your new site and tidy it all up in a handy dandy wireframe. We’ll then create a static mock of the layout as content is being finalized. Once the style and information is all approved, we head over to development. You will be able to view our progress as we go along and once we have final approval, we will set it live! Once your site is up, we like to do some due diligence to make sure your analytics and external linking is all up to par as well.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE COST?

We utilize WordPress and DIVI to build our sites, though the design is very much catered to you! Our websites start at $2000 for a basic site, and will vary based on customizations and add on features. Visit our Web Design page for more pricing options »
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?

Our basic websites take about 4 weeks to complete, taking into consideration content gathering. The faster we receive content, the faster we can complete your site! Larger projects take 8 to 12 weeks to complete.
CAN YOU HELP ME UPDATE MY EXISTING WEBSITE?

If it is built-in WordPress, yes. Though, depending on the amount of updates, changes, or existing backend setup, it might be more efficient to start fresh.
