How does the payment process work and do you offer payment plans?
Each project starts with a minimum of a 50% deposit. The remaining will be split up into predetermined monthly payments until the project is paid in full. Monthly commitments will always be due at the start of the month. The maximum amount of time for payment plans is 9 months.
We can split up payments up to 9 months for an additional $5 per month. Some limits will apply (for instance, printed goods and monthly commitments) but just send us a message and we’ll talk through the details!
How long does it take?
We want to make sure that we’re doing everything perfectly for you. This process will take anywhere from 4-6 months for strategy, brand, and web services. Any additional services or ongoing maintenance will take longer than the estimated time of 4-6 months.
Can I update my website on my own? Who owns the website after?
Yes you can! You can make updates with or without us, but you most certainly don’t have to worry about doing any updates yourself as we take care of everything for you. You’ll always own 100% of your website.
How many revisions am I allowed to request?
As many as you’d like! We don’t cap revisions but we do estimate each project based on an amount of hours. By default, we work in about 2-3 rounds of revisions for each milestone. If we see that we are going through our project hours too quickly due to revisions, we either request an increase in budget or find simpler solutions.
