Our clients stick around for the long haul. So we like to make sure we’re perfect together! Below are some ground rules and what it’s like to work with us, and what we expect from our clients.
Here are some ground rules to ensure working with us is as smooth as butter!
Communicate Effectively
At our agency, we believe in clear and effective communication. We’ll keep you in the loop via email or Zoom, and if you need to schedule a call, you can find our team’s calendar links in our email signatures. We do not have access to texting.
Note Office Hours
Our clients are often in different time zones, so our office hours are crucial to our workflow. Our office is typically open Monday-Friday, from 10 am-6 pm EST, and we observe standard US Bank Holidays for days off.
Trust the Process
Design is a process, and learning your style takes time and revisions. During this process, let us know what you like and don’t like. If you want to experiment with different colors or options, just ask. To make the most of your time and ours, specific feedback is always appreciated. For example, “That shade of blue doesn’t feel right” or “I’d like to see a few more font choices.” Don’t forget to show us examples! We are typically able to include at least 2 revisions on each project. But if we find ourselves pivoting or needing more time to explore, we can always add more hours to the project at our hourly rate.
Provide Feedback & Ask Questions
Our team is dedicated to exploring all design options to ensure that you’re thrilled with the end result. That’s why your feedback is crucial to the revision process. If we’re working on something, and you’re not feeling it, please don’t hesitate to speak up! Furthermore, if you are confused by anything we’re working on together, don’t be afraid to ask questions, request video walkthroughs, or say you need more clarification. We’re happy to guide you toward the best path for your business.
Commit Your Time
We take on projects that fill up our team’s schedules and do our best to make our work environment low-stress. We’re here to help create the best experience for your marketing efforts possible, but we are also very goal-oriented. There is usually a finish line to get to. It’s important that our clients commit to our deadlines and do their best to stay on track with projected timelines.
