Strategy & Content
During the strategy phase, we will work with you to define the goals and objectives for your website. We will help organize your sitemap, gather everything we need for the copy on your website, give you a space to upload images, and prep the website for a great user experience. We will also work out of a shared Google Drive folder for each of us to collaborate in.
Static Mock
Once we have a solid understanding of your website’s goals and objectives, we will create a static mock that brings your new site to life with visuals. This is where it really gets fun! We will work with you through all revisions during this stage to make sure everything is up to your expectations.
Development
Once the static mock is approved, we will begin the development phase. Our sites are built with WordPress and Divi to ensure a smooth experience. We will build your site to be fast, responsive, and optimized for search engines. We are able to work through any finishing touches during this phase through a collaborative feedback plugin.
Launch & Training
Once development is complete, we will work with you to launch your site. We will get you set up with hosting, your domain, Google Analytics, and Yoast SEO to make sure all the search engines are able to discover your new website. This is where we run our 100+ point preflight and launch quality checks. We will do one last video call to go over how your new website functions.
Maintenance
If you don’t have the time to maintain your site on your own, no worries! We offer hourly update options. Simply email us your updates and we’ll set them live. If you’re enrolled in our Website Care Package, you’ll receive 15 minutes a month for any support automatically. We will make sure your website stays up to date with the latest software and security patches.
